1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Willie Howe Technology (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Willie Howe Technology provides managed IT services, technical support, network engineering, cybersecurity consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your individual service agreement or statement of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information when registering for the client portal; (b) maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account; (d) cooperate reasonably with our technicians during support sessions.
4. Prepay Hours
Prepaid support hours are non-refundable once purchased. Hours are deducted as support time is logged against your account. We will notify you when your prepay balance falls below 2 hours.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Overdue accounts may be subject to service suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willie Howe Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Remote Access
By requesting remote support, you grant our technicians temporary access to your systems solely for the purpose of providing the requested support. All remote sessions are logged.
8. Confidentiality
We will keep your business information and any passwords stored in our vault strictly confidential. We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption for all stored credentials.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
